Jason T. Konesco - President

Jason T. Konesco is currently the President of Harrison College. Mr. Konesco oversees the college's 12 campuses, online division, and culinary division (The Chef's Academy®) where he performs functions to direct, administer, and coordinate the development, operations, and success of the entities in accordance with the policies, goals, and objectives as established by Harrison College. He leads an organization of approximately 900 employees and more than 6,000 students in the private career college higher education space.

Prior to being named President, Mr. Konesco has held the positions of Senior Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Finance & Business Development, Corporate Director of Career Services & Business Development, Assistant Executive Director, and Director of Admissions.

He co-chairs the Association of Private Sector Colleges and Universities (APSCU) professional development committee and has presented at the APSCU Leadership Institute for four years. He is a board member of the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, serves on the Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation Board of Directors (IndyGo) and is a past board member of the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS). He is also active in the Career College Ideas and Exchange Group (CCIEG).

Jason earned an MBA in Finance from Butler University and a bachelor's in marketing from the University of Notre Dame. He earned a scholarship to play hockey at Notre Dame.

Mr. Konesco and his wife, Jodi, and three children Anabel, Rachel and Joseph, live in the Meridian-Kessler neighborhood of Indianapolis. He is an active member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church (serving on the pastoral council), Young Presidents' Organization, the Notre Dame National Monogram Club, the Notre Dame club of Indianapolis and participates in youth coaching, youth mentoring/tutoring and other volunteer service projects.

Dr. Dennis Trinkle- Provost and Chief Academic Officer

Dr. Dennis Trinkle currently serves as the Provost and Chief Academic Officer at Harrison College. He is responsible for the leadership and management in planning, developing, administering, and evaluating the academic activities of the college, including curriculum management and delivery, faculty development, and academic policies, procedures, and mandates centered on teaching and learning. He works collaboratively to achieve the organizational objectives of academic excellence, student service, and regulatory compliance through effective planning, coordination, and implementation of strategic and tactical directives.

Dr. Trinkle currently resides in Indianapolis, Indiana with his wife Kristi and two sons JT and Nathan.

Robert Herzog- Chief Financial Officer

As Harrison College’s CFO, Robert Herzog directs the overall financial plans, policies, and accounting relationships with lending institutions, the financial community, and Department of Education. He oversees and directs the college’s Title IV compliance and disbursement of student funding, as well as its information technology operations. Mr. Herzog also leads and directs the college’s public policy, governmental relations, treasury, corporate governance, budgeting, audit, tax, purchasing, real estate, long range forecasting, and strategic planning activities for the corporation.

Mr. Herzog is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, a member of the AICPA, and the Financial Executives Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Minnesota State University at Mankato. He and his wife Kay Swank-Herzog reside in the Butler-Tarkington neighborhood of Indianapolis with their two children, Vacketta and Isaac.

Mike Skaggs - Special Assistant to the President

Mike Skaggs is the Special Assistant to the President of Harrison College. In this role, Mr. Skaggs is responsible for the treasury, real estate, banking, accounting, and insurance activities for the organization. He is also responsible for the Harrison College 401(k) program, arranging external audits of company accounts and accounting activity, and maintaining strong relationships with banks and other lending institutions.

Mr. Skaggs has spent 40 years with Harrison College and graduated from the school in 1970. He has held a variety of positions at Harrison College, including faculty member, campus director, and business manager.
