Terre Haute: National Night Out

National Night Out is a partnership between the police and the community, were the community and its law enforcement join to celebrate. The event is held at Fairbanks Park. Harrison College sponsors this event by having student and staff volunteers from our Criminal Justice Program who help direct traffic and parking. Students from our Business and Health Sciences program have a booth with activities for children and their families. Over 11,000 communities participate in National Night Out and the City of Terre Haute has received national recognition for it’s participation.  Recently, Terre Haute’s National Night Out has ranked 11th overall in the United States.
