The Chef’s Academy at Harrison College provides you the opportunity to learn industry-standard techniques through our 90-credit-hour Pastry Arts Associate of Applied Science Degree program or our 48-credit-hour diploma program (currently available in Indiana only). The credit hours in the diploma program will contribute to the 90-credit-hour degree program if you wish to pursue your associate degree.
On each academic path, you will be taught the art of making specialty breads, cakes, pies, pastry creams and French pastries, and you will discover methods of advanced decoration and design.
