Many Harrison College courses include instructional resources and learning objects available only via the Internet, made available through the learning management system (Canvas). These digital resources support student mastery of course objectives in traditional on-ground, blended or fully online courses. A student may be required to complete and submit assignments based upon these digital resources. Completion of final exams through Canvas may be required in selected courses.
Students must have access to a computer that meets the minimum hardware and software requirements outlined in this section, including web browser requirements.
Computers are available for student use on campuses. Please consult your dean or librarian for information regarding campus computer availability.

Harrison College offers Canvas, where learners are able to experience a personal, responsive and attentive learning environment that includes:
Web Browser Requirements
Canvas supports the last two versions of every browser release. It is highly recommend to update to the newest version of whatever browser you are using as well as the most up-to-date Flash plug-in.
Canvas on Mobile Devices
The Canvas interface was optimized for desktop displays, so using small form factors such as phones may not be a pleasant experience in using Canvas. Canvas is not officially supported on mobile browsers. We recommend using Canvas mobile applications for an improved user experience.
Since Canvas uses small elements of Flash, not all Canvas features may be supported on mobile devices, especially on iOS.
